What is Couple Coaching?

I work with couples or individuals.

I offer you the opportunity to work face-to-face with me, trained neither to judge nor advise, but to explore and unlock your options and work with you to create a strategy for bringing about the changes you desire.

What Clients say about Couple Coaching

  • "an impartial and unbiased listener".
  • "the experience is proactive ... working from where we are to where we want to be".
  • "a private and confidential service".
  • "time and space to talk and be heard with support, respect and understanding in a neutral environment".
  • "the assessment appointment gave us an idea what Couple Coaching is about and an opportunity to meet our Coach".
  • "empowered us to make fundamental changes which we would have benefited from making a long time ago".

How do you make contact?

By telephoning Gail Sylvester.  When you telephone you may hear my answerphone, in which case please leave a message, and I will return your call. You will be offered an initial half hour appointment. This is an "assessment" appointment and is used to find out more about Couple Coaching and how it can work for you. By the end of the assessment, you will be able to decide whether Couple Coaching is the right step for you and if we can and want to work together.

What does it cost?

The fees are R150.00 for a 50-60 minutes coaching session, which is usually once a week.

You will be charged for contracted appointments which you decide not to keep. If I have to cancel a session, I will offer you an alternative appointment. If we cannot find a mutually convenient time I will not charge you for the missed session.
